It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sandra Orr Skinner of Cross City, Florida, who passed away on February 19, 2025, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Sandra Orr leaves behind and her impact on the lives of her loved ones. Though Sandra Orr may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the memories held dear by her family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
She was predeceased by: her son Chalmers Orr III; her parents, Bethel Buzbee and Beulah Howell; and her father-in-law Ray Skinner. She is survived by: her husband Roy Skinner; her daughters, Kim Plunk (Neal) and Wendy Price (Lex); her brother James Buzbee (Marlene); and her brother-in-law Michael Orr (Sue). She is also survived by three grandchildren; five great grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Rock Sink Baptist Church (471 NE 816th Ave, Old Town, FL 32680).
