Chavous of Old Town, FL. and Linda Davis (Jim Davis) of Peterman, AL.; his sister-in-law Nancy Chavous of Orange County, CA.; the mother of his children Linda Futch of Old Town, FL.; and his children, Ella Chavous of Kaiserslautern, Germany, Richard Jerry Chavous Jr. of Old Town, FL., Joanna Mallory (Shane) of Chiefland, FL. and Kathleen Chavous of Fanning Springs, FL.. He is also survived by six grandchildren whom he loved dearly, many nephews, nieces, and cousins.
