She was predeceased by: her parents, Leslie V Carter (Bond) and Jessie Jackson Carter. She is survived by: her daughters, Judy Gerush of Cross City and Linda Chewning of Cross City; her grandsons, Steve Gerush and David Gerush of Cross City; her great grandchildren, Brandon Gerush, Brooklyn of Jacksonville and Ava Gerush of Jacksonville; and her siblings, Marie Sanchez of Cross City and Thomas Herring of Old Town. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
