He was predeceased by: his parents, Chambers Blakely and Kay Blakely; and his son Peter Blakely. He is survived by: his children, Christopher Blakely, Lawrence "Billy" Blakely (Renee), John Blakely (Shelbi) and Michelle Rubinstein (David); and his sister Martha Dubois. He is also survived by six grandchildren, two, great-grandchildren, and other extended family.
