She was predeceased by: her parents, Ben Ferns and Mary Ferns; her husband Jarrett "Jerry" Liles, Sr.; her daughter Eugenia Nicks; and her siblings, Joyce Ferns, Marjorie Chewning, Thelma Ruff, Ben Ferns, Foley Ferns and Jimmie Ferns.
She is survived by: her son Jarrett "Cookie" Liles, Jr. (Helen); and her sister Gerry Bowden (Jimmy). She is also survived by four grandchildren, three step-grandchildren, three great-grandchild, seven step-great-grandchildren, and other extended family.
