He was predeceased by: his parents, Leon Carroll and Mattie Sue Ross. He is survived by: his son Payton (Karen); his grandson Lane; his siblings, Libby McNeill (Kenny) and Johnny (Carol); his nieces and nephews, Carol Ann McNeill, Mac McNeill (Cate) and Brooke McNeill (Otto); and his daughter-in-law Cindy Higginbotham.
