She was predeceased by: her father Sam Futch. She is survived by: her mother Lucille Futch of Cross City; her daughters, Kaylla Fryar (Terry) and Ariel Fallender; her grandsons, Austin and Connor Fryar; and her siblings, Debbie DeWeese (Roy), Bart Futch and Kevin Futch. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
