With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Judith Smith of Cross City, Florida, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 27, 2024 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Zelma Beatrice Hanshew and C. B. Hanshew; her brother Oscar Hanshew; and her nephews, Berdette and David Hanshew.
She is survived by: her children, Dwayne Smith, David Smith and Tonya Walker (Mark); her grandchildren, Richard Smith, Brandon Smith (Kadee), Justin Smith (Lou), Dylan Walker, Shalie Smith, Kylie Cothron (Caden) and Wesley Smith; her great grandchildren, Kinley Smith and Colton Cothron; and her brother Royce Hanshew (Etta).
A funeral service was held on Sunday, November 3rd 2024 at 3:00 PM at the Old Town First Baptist Church (819 SE Hwy 346 #346a, Old Town, FL 32680). A burial was held on Sunday, November 3rd 2024 at 4:00 PM at the Old Town Memorial Cemetery (910 SE 136th Ave, Old Town, FL 32680).
