It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dalton E. Howell (Cross City, Florida), who passed away on September 11, 2018, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his wife Linda Howell; and his children, David Rhodes and Susan Nettles (Wendell). He is also survived by eight grandchildren, two great-grandchildren.
