She is survived by: her husband Pete Taaffe; her children, Cindy Howard, Derrick Howard, Dwayne Howard and Peter Taffee, II; and her sisters, Nan Sue Friend and Janice Blanton. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren, and other extended family.
