He is survived by: his children, Brittney Foley Taylor and James Woodrow Foley Jr.; his girlfriend Marylyn Simmons; and his siblings, Terry, Freddie, Tommey, Phillip Foley, Inez Maria Price and Betty Carnley. He is also survived by Two grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
