He was predeceased by: his father Clayton Irwin Vogt; and also Dorothy Seale Vogt. He is survived by: his wife Linda Sacre Vogt of Crestview, Florida; his son Edward Clayton Vogt of Locust Grove, Oklahoma.; his sister Carolyn Vogt Heim; his nephews, Matthew Heim (Jenny) and Richard Heim; his niece Ashley Heim Goldberg (Dan); his great-nephew Patrick Heim; and his great-niece Julianna Heim.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the University of Virginia, Charlottesville, Virginia in Bill's name.
