He was predeceased by: his parents, Oliver Simon and Miriam Davis; and his stepfather Pete Davis. He is survived by: his wife Peggy Kilpatrick Simon; his children, Stephen and Suzanne; his wife Sandra Bulger Simon; his daughter Cynthia Simon McKinney; his grandchildren, Matthew McKinney, Caitlin McKinney and Christian McKinney; his stepson John Hart; his stepgrandson Devin Hart; and his brother Richard Simon (Wanda) of Waco. He is also survived by his cousins and his special friends.
