He is survived by: his wife Nancy Spriggs Williams; his son Jeffery Williams (Amy); his stepchildren, Penny Goff (Glen), Mona Murray (Dan), Linda Heater (Steve), Renee Camper and John Hickman (Cindy); and his grandchildren, Christopher, Seth and Ryan.
