He was predeceased by: his parents, William August, Jr. and Frances Marie Blansky; his grandmother Louise Harris; and his uncle Joe Harris. He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Ann Blansky; his siblings, Sid Crater (Cindy) of St. Amant, George Crater of Reserve, Louisiana, Amber Monteiro of Ft. Worth and Connie Sliker of Milton, Florida; and his aunts, Mary Beth Nicolson of Maryland and Patricia Harris of Crestview, Florida. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and other extended family.
