He was predeceased by: his parents, Avery Reeves and Bessie Reeves; his sons, Danny Foley and Joe Reeves; and his brothers, Robert and Glenn Reeves.
He is survived by: his wife Rosa Reeves; his children, Jimmy Reeves (Cindy), David Reeves and Julie Landreth (Wally); and his siblings, Gene Reeves (Myrlene), Elizabeth Freeman and Linda Lane (Jerry). He is also survived by seventeen grandchildren, 33 great-grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family.
