It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Velmarine Barnes of Crestview, Florida, who passed away on September 12, 2020, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Locke and Lillie Mae Locke; and her husband Rhett Barnes. She is survived by: her children, Toni Russell (Michael), Sandra Naylor (Jim), Karen McCool, Metz Barnes and Misty Barnes; her siblings, Dwayne Locke, Emery Locke and Clara Rytman; and her grandchildren, Erin, Ryan, Lauren, Kara, Matthew, Skyler and Cameron. She is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren; along with numerous nieces and nephews.
