He is survived by: his parents, Phillip Carter and Karin Carter; his significant other Jamie Marie Hennessey; his sons, Noah Mitchell Carter and Logan Phillip Carter; the parent of his children Stacey Lynn Kennedy; his sons, Camden Trey Carter and Corbin Brooks Carter; the mother of his children Brittany Ashton Carter; his son Elliott Lee Carter; his siblings, Taylor Lee Carter and Shannon Louise Carter; his pet Ziggy; and also, Arya Kay Kelley and Brynn Rita Kelley (Jamie).
