He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Richard K Dugan and Ruth H (Suddeth); his spouse Katy Elizabeth Owen; his daughters, Ruth Ellen Dugan of Niceville and Rebecca Elaine Sweet (Bradley); his grandchildren, Elizabeth Murphy (Aron) of DeFuniak Springs, FL, Shelby Martin of Pensacola and Thomas James Sweet (TJ) of Crestview; and his great grandchildren, Noah and Kinzley Badger.
