He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Joe, Lillian Owen, James and Lannie Howard. He is survived by: his parents, Thomas Adcock and Brenda Adcock; his sister Suzanne; his brother-in-law Bryce Hartzog; his niece Evie Hartzog; and his nephews, Charley and Tommy Hartzog. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and many cousins.
In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made in Andy's memory to the American Heart Association or the First Baptist Church Mission Fund.
