He is survived by: his parents, Mary Boyd and Frank Owens; his adoptive parents, Ruth Chambers (Stephen Chambers) and Church; his wife Michelle Hawkins; his foster daughter Teena McKinney; and also, Brandy Michelle and Tawnaca Chambers.
