She was predeceased by: her father Harold Keeney; her stepfather Lester Carter; and her mother Elizabeth Carter. She is survived by: her spouse Marlyn Waggy Sr.; her children, Loretta Ayala, Marlyn Waggy Jr. (Nancy), Lynn Milligan (Danny) and Wayne Waggy; her sister Julia Lynn Smith; and her daughter-in-law Carolyn 'Tina Waggy. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
