Powell (Crestview, Florida), born in Bogalusa, Louisiana, who passed away on October 5, 2018, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her husband Jack M. Powell; her children, Debra Childree and James Powell; and her grandchildren, Jacklynn Boccia and Jason Gatlin.
