She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Theodore Howard and Irene Howard; her brothers, Paul Lamar Howard and James Earl Howard; her half-brother Eulis McKinley Howard; her sister Carol Jane Howard Hayes; her children, Shannah Nicole Forman and Megan Kayla Forman; her sisters, Ruth Stanton (Gene), Gayle Hobbs (Jimmy) and Kem Sellers; her grandchildren, Faith, Amber, Hayden, Dixie, Jack, Ryan and Luke; and her friend Vicki Pelt. She was also cherished by numerous nieces and nephews.
