It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Russell Garner Jr. (Crestview, Florida), born in Tiltonsville, Ohio, who passed away on October 25, 2018, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his parent Crestview; his wife Rosalie; his daughters, Anna Garner and Jamie Ford (Bill); and his grandson Ryan McDaniel. He is also survived by several brothers, sisters, nieces and nephews.
