He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Cooke and Margaret Cooke of Cleveland, OH; and his brother Charles Cooke (Al). He is survived by: his sons, James J. Cooke of Sandy, UT, Kenneth R. (Sharon Cooke) and Michael A. (Janet Cooke); his grandsons, David and Timothy; his great grandchild Theresa A. Magrane of Nelson; his brother Eugene (Moe); and also, Alexandra and Lachlan.
