He is survived by: his children, David Kelley of Crestview, FL, Daniel Kelley (Suzanne) of Pensacola, FL and Stephanie Kelley of Andalusia, AL; his brothers, Paul T "Tim" Kelley (Georgie) of Crestview, FL and William P "Pat" Kelley (Brenda) of Clanton, AL; and his stepsiblings, Garry Winstead (Terry) of Kinston, AL and Pam Kennedy (Dennis) of Crestview, FL. He is also survived by 22 grandchildren, and 20 great-grandchildren.
