She was predeceased by: her husband Jimmy Fernandez; her parents, James Edward and Peggy Fleming; her parents-in-law, Jimmy and Adelia Fernandez; her daughter-in-law Heather Fermin; her brother Skipper Fleming; and her nephews, Brian Mondragon and Paul Fernandez.
She is survived by: her children, Michael Fermin, Sharla James (Lowell), Jonathan Fernandez, Adelia Slade (Nick) and Kristina Tardif (Thomas); her grandchildren, Connor (Alice), Savannah, Crystal, Parker, Porter, Watson, Warner, Tate, Paxton and Lane; her siblings, Guanda Bauer, Kenny Fleming (Denise), Joe Fleming, Liz Ruskowski (Gene) and Tammy Forsythe (Eric); and her sister-in-law Patti Fleming. She is also survived by many in-laws, nieces, and nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Crowder Chapel Cemetery (1811 Crowder Chapel Rd, Defuniak Springs, FL 32433).
