He is survived by: his parent Debbra Lucas; his fiancé Shelley Carlisle; his father Ralph Packard Sr.; his sons, Michael Packard, Zachary Packard (Valerie), Jacob Packard and Joshua Packard; his brother Matthew Packard; and his grandchildren, Evelyn, Olivia and Ryder.
