He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Nathaniel "Buck" and Jewel Lynell Forehand; and his brother William Wesley Forehand. He is survived by: his wife Addie Ruth Forehand; his daughters, Rhonda Sue Woodham (Charles) and Christie Lee Robinson (Richard); and his grandchildren, Aaron, Lonnie Jay, Lindsay, Brittney, Amanda, Alex, Katelyn and Hannah Grace. He is also survived by five great-grandchildren; and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
