He was predeceased by: his parents, Harman Winston Wade and Nanie Lelia Fain. He is survived by: his children, April Lynn (David Erickson), Libby Romack and Phillip (Lisa Wade); and his grandchildren, Lynde Kroll, Justin Baldwin, Bradley Romack II, Luke Romack, Kerri Simonsen, Tiffany Wade, Heather Wade, Christie Wade and Jason Wade.
