She was predeceased by: her husband Darrell "Chappy" Chapman; and her brothers, Raymond Eugene Simmons and John Lloyd Simmons, Jr.. She is survived by: her husband Darrell Dean Chapman; her children, Dena (Brad Willis), Debbie (Chris Moore), Elizabeth Chapman and James Meredith; her grandchildren, Jordan Willis, Jasmine Willis, Ryleigh, Gabriel, Adin, Grayson Moore and Emma Moore; her mother Bobbie L. Simmons; and her sister Eva Till. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made in Nicki's memory to the American Cancer Society.
