She is survived by: her husband Mott Blake; her children, Karen Beazlie (Michael), Tim Blake and Jay Blake; her grandchildren, Blake Beazlie, Benjamin Beazlie and Emily Beazlie; and her siblings, Tom Smith (Suzanne) and Virginia Edwards. She is also survived by nephews and nieces.
