She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Allen Cook and Mercades Madolin Langston Cook; her husband Wilson P. Howard; and her siblings, Clarence Henry, Alla Faye Howe, James Seavy Cook, Charles M. Cook, Ida Jeanette Cook (Coot), Allen R Cook (Sam) and Mary Cathy Cook.
She is survived by: her daughter Ruby Etta Frabott (Mickey); her granddaughter Rachael Jordan Quinn (Patrick); her son Allen H. Howard (Dorene); her grandchildren, Nathan Howard, Kimberly Howard and Kristen Odom (Craig); her son Don W. Howard (Donna); her grandchildren, Christopher Howard (Andrea) and Cameron Genrich (Daniel); her great grandchildren, Kaylee, Patrick Wilson, Caitlin, Janaya, Maya James Quinn, Brooklyn Hancock (Cody), Ethan and Allie Howard; her great great grandchild Ryah Brynn Hancock; and her siblings, Joyce Huffman, Lyla Peacock, Warren Cook (June), Henrietta Cook, Pete Cook (Dianne) and Dianne Weitzen (Jerry). She is also survived by her three children and six grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made in her memory to the building fund of Century United Methodist Church, 37 Bridge Street, Pike Road, Alabama 36064.
