He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Edlow, Jewel Brannon and Marvin Holt; and his aunts, Linda Cooper and Louise Barrow.
He is survived by: his parents, Ann Holt and Gary Holt; his sons, Dustin Holt and Chasen Holt; the mother of his children Renee Day; his grandchildren, Aniston, Aaron and Kase Holt; his siblings, Tim Holt (Andrea Holt) and Rebecca Hicks (Jessie); and his nieces and nephews, Chance Holt, Maci Holt, Jaidyn Hicks and Noah Hicks.
