With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Madonna Bettelon (Crestview, Florida), who passed away on July 27, 2020 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Dawson Wilson and Lena Louise Wilson (Adams); her husband John; her brother Jack Moran; her son-in-law Steve Captain; and her stepgranddaughters, Olivia and Emily Daugherty.
She is survived by: her children, Lisa Captain Curry (Jim), Phil Bettelon (Allison) and Jona Friedman (Mike); and her grandchildren, Derek (Katie Captain), Jared Daugherty, Jordan (Natalie Bettelon), Madison Friedman and Natalie (Taylor Curry). She is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Gulf Breeze United Methodist Church or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
