It is with great sadness that we announce the death of MacK Brooks (Crestview, Florida), born in Baker, Florida, who passed away on November 17, 2020, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Lee and Boncile Brooks (Harrison); and his brothers, Hugh and Wayne Brooks. He is survived by: his wife Inez Brooks (Locke) of Crestview; his children, Johnny Mack Brooks of Crestview and Jequita Brooks-Barnsdale (Reggie) of Crestview; and his nieces and nephews, Robert (Patricia Brooks) of Crestview, FL and Rhett (Shirley).

The family requests that face masks and appropriate Covid-19 precautions be observed.
