She was predeceased by: her parents, Lowell Faulk and Rosa Belle Faulk; and her brother-in-law Luther A. Ates. She is survived by: her sister Pat Ates; her nieces and nephews, Scottie Allen Ates (Amanda) and Terri Jo Mathews (Larry); her great-nieces and great-nephews, Megan Nicole Henderson (Caleb), Joel Allen Mathews (Michaela), Anna Lian Mathews, Haley Ann Hudson (Daniel), Luther Allen Ates II (Caroline) and Calan William Ates; her aunts and uncles, Lela Grace Lobingeir, Dewey E. Madden (Wilma) and Jerry Madden (Sue); and also, Clayton Daniel Henderson, Beau Allen Mathews, Coy Mathew Henderson, Brooks Michael Mathews and Mary Ellis Hudson.

The family asks that in lieu of flowers that donations be made in Lana's memory to your favorite Christian charity or your church.
