She is survived by: her children, Adrienne and Sarah; her husband Laurence Clements; her daughter Candace Bourg; her brother Ted Collinsworth (Sharlene); her granddaughter Sarah Bourg; and her pets, Beau and Huckleberry. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
