With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Katherine McSwain McCall (Crestview, Florida), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 30, 2025 at the age of 71. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid Katherine farewell, let us not mourn the absence of her physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of her spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Katherine is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles H. McSwain and Edna McDonald McSwain. She is survived by: her son Charles Alexander McCall; her son-in-law Bryan Martinez; her daughter Marcella Ann Martinez; and her pets, Artemis Prime and Iris Jenkins.
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 3rd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Brackney Funeral Service Chapel (480 E James Lee Blvd, Crestview, FL 32539-2829). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 4th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the Dorcas Baptist Church (5880 McCallum Rd, Crestview, FL 32539).
