He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Hoover and Betty Hoover; and his sister Debbie Weaver. He is survived by: his wife Linda Hoover; his sons, Jason Hoover (Susan) and Jeremiah Hoover (Stephanie); his stepdaughter Malanie Ward; and his siblings, David Hoover and Donna Lundvall (Bill). He is also survived by six grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
