He was predeceased by: his daughter Ashley; the mother of his children Danita; his parents, Mavis Barnhill and James Hulion; and his sisters, Edna and Betty.
He is survived by: his son John Tyler (Bailey); his grandchildren, Asher, Reef and Stella; his siblings, Cathryn, Randall (Margaret), Teresa (Tim), Bonnie (Louie) and Jimmy; his close friend Boo; and his cousin Mike. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
