He was predeceased by: his parents, Reno Bell and Nancy'Kim'Gaghan; and his grandparents, Charles, Carol Gaghan, Benoit and Alia Bell.
He is survived by: his children, Katie Bell and Nick Bell (Charlena); his stepmother Therese'Flo'Bell; his stepbrother Lance Baker (Vickie); and his half-sister Renee Brezovsky (Scott). He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.
A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the Honey Creek Woodlands Memorial (2625 GA-212, Conyers, GA 30094).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Catholic Relief Services, an organization Jay felt strongly about.
