He was predeceased by: his mother Faye Lindsey Wise. He is survived by: his father Phillip Wise; his sons, Daniel Lynn Wise (Brittany) of DeFuniak Springs, Brandan Lee Wise of DeFuniak Springs and Clayton Thomas of Crestview, Florida; his brothers, Troy Wise and Terry Wise (Jennifer) of Crestview, Florida; and his grandchildren, Xandyr Wise, Connor Wise, Savannah Wise and Jackson Lee Wise.
