She was predeceased by: her grandmother Lillian; her uncle Willie; her aunt Linda; her sister Carolyn; and her nephew Chuck.

She is survived by: her husband S. Cordell Crooks; her son Stacy C. Crooks; her daughter-in-law Cicily Atwell Crooks; her grandchildren, Kesa, Donald and Dalton; her mother Juanita Worley; and her brothers, Everette, John and James. She is also survived by many Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, and grateful in-laws.
