He is survived by: his wife Joan Passino; his children, Joanne Thomas (James) of Crestview and Howard Passino, Jr. (Regina) of Peru, NY; his grandchildren, Brenda Albrecht of Houston, TX, Mark Passino of Plattsburgh, NY, Kristian Burdett (Brandon) of Norwood, NY, James Thomas (Sarah), Jerry Thomas (Tiffany), Brian Thomas of Crestview, FL, Tylor Powers of Jericho, NY and Rayna Powers of Plattsburgh, NY.; his great grandchildren, Joshua Albrecht, Jeremy Albrecht, Hailey Villnave, Kali Burdette, Ryder Passino, Hayley Thomas, Jayce Thomas, Brianna Thomas, Landon Powers and Liam Latour; and his brother-in-law John (Dianne Ouimette).
