He is survived by: his wife Donette Carr; his children, Ivan Carr (Barbara), George Carr, Evelina Hughes and Samantha Madden (Travis); and his siblings, Bruce Carr, Bob Carr, Tina Weatherford, Helen Koehn and Denise Garrett. He is also survived by seven grandchildren.
