He is survived by: his wife Linda Hughes; his children, Franklin Vaughan (Stephanie) and Bobbie Reaves (Marty); and his brothers, James Hughes and Harvey Hughes. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren, and numerous extended family and good friends.
