He was predeceased by: his parents, Burley Bailey and Delphia Bailey; his wife Shelby Jean Bailey; his siblings, Irene Mugrage, Jean Danesie and Burley Bailey Jr.; his son Robert; and his grandson Phillip Bailey.
He is survived by: his sons, Michael Bailey and Allan Bailey (Eva); his daughter-in-law Lisa Bailey; and his daughters, Kathy Ohlinger (Daniel) and Linda Angelo. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren.
