He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Walters and Rena Walters; his children, Earl Walters and Cherie Casey; and his granddaughter Candy Wright.
He is survived by: his wife Lillian Walters; his children, Roger Walters (Marie), Earlene Goodman (Bruce) and Dale Walters (Brenda); and his sister Norma Miracle (Bill). He is also survived by his 8 grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren.
